Winter Fruit Salad with Honey Yogurt

Winter Fruit Salad w/ Honey Yogurt   <For two>


  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup strawberries, cored and diced
  • 1 1/2 peers, cored and diced
  • Half of a banana, sliced
  • Handfull seedless grapes, cored and diced


  • 2 to 3 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lavender honey
  • 1 vanilla beans (optional)
  • 1tablespoon fresh grape juice
  • Few drizzle of lemon juice
  • Small amount of salt and pepper (for bringing out flavors)


  1. Stir plain yogurt and grape juice with honey and vanilla bean, placed the topping in a small bowl.
  2. Toss all fruit in a large bowl seasoned with small amount of slat and pepper .
  3. Stir the topping with fruit.
  4. Fold it with plastic wrap and let cool in frige for 5-10 mins until all flavors come together.
